The PanCanRisk project is designed to integrate:
Established healthcare provider centres, such as the Fundación Pública Galega de Medicina Xenómica (FPGMX) and the Consultorio Dexeus, with capacity to undertake large-scale diagnostic projects, due to their large databases of clinical records andthe intensive clinical activity combined with a research of excellence
Acknowledged scientific expertise in key areas relevant for pursuing the objectives of the project
Including statistical genetics, informatics and bioinformatics as well as transcriptomics and systems biology based analyses, societal issues and expertise in translational aspects of genomicdatasets.
One industrial pattern to support transfer and exploitation of the results.
